Account details, profile and CV content, availability, engagement and time records, and payment references. Identity verification is performed by Stripe Identity; Benchless stores the verification result, document type and verified name — not ID images or selfies.

How we use it

To build your profile, match professionals to projects, run billing and payouts, prevent fraud, and moderate the marketplace. CV text and project descriptions may be processed by our AI provider to extract structured information.

Who sees what

Companies see professional profiles without contact details until an engagement starts. Reviews are visible only to Benchless administrators.
